STRUCTURAL PROTOCOL (OFF-SITE)

This off-site structural protocol differs from the MGH protocol in that only standard Siemens sequences are used.

Notes:

1. The default coil for these protocols is the Siemens head coil.
2. The FFT scale factor needs to be manually multiplied by 10 for each acquisition of the MPRAGE and flash scans.
3. The base sequence for the MPRAGE is tfl.
4. The base sequence for the FLASH is fl3d_ce.
