HOMER (Hemodynamic Evoked Response) is a graphical interface program developed by the Center for Functional Neuroimaging Technologies (Project 4) and the Martinos Center's Optics Division for visualization and analysis of Near Infra-red spectroscopy (NIRS) data. This currently allows for a number of signal processing applications including filtering and averaging of experimental data. Additional features are continually being developed. HOMER is written for MATLAB and requires the MATLAB signal processing toolbox for proper function.
