DESCRIPTION OF WORK / BIOSKETCH
Juan Eugenio is interested in a wide range of image processing / computer vision applications in medicine. Past research includes brain MRI segmentation, diffusion MRI, quantitative MRI, shape modeling, active learning and semi-supervised learning. Juan Eugenio is now working on automated segmentation of hippocampal subfields in ultra-high resolution MRI.
