DESCRIPTION OF WORK / BIOSKETCH
I assist with the work of calibrating advanced structural and diffusion magnetic resonance image acquisition protocols to facilitate precise, quantitative, platform independent, multi-site evaluation of normal and pathological structural neuroimaging data at different main magnet field strengths.
I analyze the test-retest data (within and across sites) for
reproducibility evaluations. I cooperate on development of tuning
calibration tools (e.g. gradient unwarping). I develop, test and maintain Unix shell scripts, C and MatLab programs for brain image processing and analysis. I participate in the preparation of abstracts, posters and manuscripts.
