DESCRIPTION OF WORK / BIOSKETCH
My research involves the use of neuroimaging (e.g., BOLD fMRI, Arterial Spin Labeling, structural and diffusion MRI, and soon PET), to study the brain correlates of pain and its non-pharmacological modulation, in healthy volunteers as well as patients with chronic pain conditions. I am particularly interested in the exploration of brain measures as potential biomarkers of chronic pain. ;
