Request A Wiki

These instructions are for requesting that a Wiki be set up for a Martinos Center research group. All fields in RED are required.

What is the lab name? This will be used in the WIKI URL, Ex:

https://gate.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/wiki/<lab-name>

Where is the lab name like kuperberg-lab, optical, manoachlab, tootell, etc. Name must be lowercase with no special characters or blank spaces (hyphens are permitted). Think short, lots of people are bad typists.

Real name and username (NMR account please) of the person you want designated as the wiki sysop. This person will be responsible for creating accounts on the wiki and tending to other administrative tasks.

Do you want your wiki to be accessible to anyone browsing the internets? Or would you like to restrict access to only people with NMR accounts? Or would you like to restrict access to some subset of NMR users (ie. your lab/linux group or other subset only)?
