Software Packages for Data Procesing

HomER

HomER (Hemodynamic Evoked Response) is a graphical interface program developed by the Center for Functional Neuroimaging Technologies (Project 4) and the Martinos Center's Photon Migration Imaging Lab for visualization and analysis of Near Infra-red spectroscopy (NIRS) data. This currently allows for a number of signal processing applications including filtering and averaging of experimental data. This program also has the ability to preform image reconstruction using the PMI toolbox routines. Additional features are continually being developed. HomER is written for Matlab and requires both the MATLab signal processing toolbox and the PMI toolbox for proper function.
