Taxi Vouchers

MIT-CNY Travel

We are happy to be able to provide Martinos Center personnel and students with taxi vouchers to facilitate travel between the Martinos Center Charlestown Navy Yard campus and the MIT main campus. Please follow these rules regarding voucher use:

• Vouchers are for travel between the MIT campus and the CNY campus ONLY.
• Vouchers may be used by faculty, staff, and students ONLY. Vouchers are NOT for research subjects, volunteers, or patients.
• A maximum of 2 vouchers at a time will be given out to staff and students. Faculty lab heads may make arrangements to obtain up to six vouchers at a time for distribution to their students or staff.
• All voucher users should clearly print on the voucher their name and the name of the lab with which they are affiliated.
• Yellow receipts must be returned within one week of use.

Vouchers may be obtained three ways:

1. by emailing Karen Dervin at karend@nmr.mgh.harvard.edu and stating the date on which you need them and they will be left in the appropriate mailbox in the 2nd floor offices at CNY 149
2. by picking them up between the hours of 9:00am-5:00pm from Andrea Glomski, Building E25 room 510 at MIT (617-253-9757 or aglomski@mit.edu)
3. by picking them up between the hours of 2pm-6pm from Karen Dervin, CNY 149 room 2330A.

HMS-CNY Travel

HMS students may use the Partners sponsored HMS-CNY taxi voucher system.

Pick up a voucher from the CNY front security des or the Vanderbilt Hall security desk.

You will need your Harvard ID and name and phone number of CNY lab, and date and time of travel.
