The focus of my research is the design and synthesis of new metal-based imaging probes for MRI and PET. Ongoing projects include:
Development of new bifunctional chelators for Zr-89 and Cu-64 and their application to the imaging of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.
Development of high relaxivity MRI contrast agents based on the single amino acid chelator Gd(DOTAla).
