+ Changed most files to allow for permission modification.
There is a new definition called "SEDER_GROUP" in the
source_me file. All new seder folders, readmes, templates,
and links are changed to the group permission of SEDER_GROUP
whatever that may be defined as. (in our case, we use megclin).
+ Added myoclonic as a seizure type in the template file
+ Added generalized, right and left as options for EEG and LTM
findings in the template files.

Version 1.02 -- 2006_02_28

+ Added a file called seder_full.status inside each physical
seder drive. The file either contains the word yes or no
with no other spaces punctuation or return characters. This
file will be the prime method seder will determine if space
exists in that dataform directory.

Version 1.03 -- 2006_04_25

Changed the behavior of seder_new_meg_raw so that if a study
in MEG and SEDER are not named the same thing, it is OK. It
now takes an extra paramter by default. If you don't provide
the extra parameter, you will get an error.
