Final Paper Submission
- Final versions of accepted papers are due August 8, 2008 to be included in the proceedings.
- Papers should be in accordance with the Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) style. Use the LNCS templates available on the Springer web site to prepare your paper.
- Final extended abstract should be restricted to 2-6 pages.
- Include a complete author list and an abstract.
- Documents produced using Word are preferred, although documents prepared with LaTeX are also acceptable.
- Using Word
(1) Download and unpack the Word zip archive: this contains (amongst other items) the template file sv-lncs.dot, the user documentation sv-lncs.pdf, and an example file of author instructions.
(2) Send the word file for the final paper submission through info@virtualcolon-miccai2008.org.
- Using LaTeX
- (1) Download and unpack the LaTeX zip archive: this contains (amongst other items) the class file llncs.cls and the user documentation llncsdoc.pdf. You might also like to download the example file of author instructions.
- (2) Pack the following source (input) files by ZIP or TGZ and send it through info@virtualcolon-miccai2008.org.
(i) LaTeX2e files for the text and PS/EPS or PDF/JPG files for all figures.
(ii) Any further style files and fonts you have used together with your source files and that are not generally available at CTAN.
(iii) Final DVI file
(iv) Final PDF file
- Send papers to submission@virtualcolon-miccai2008.org.
