Our lab is building tools for the optimization and analysis of neuroimaging data, encompassing structural, functional, and diffusion MRI. All of our lab research projects culminate in the development and support of the open source Freesurfer brain mapping software package. This is is a set of automated tools for reconstruction of the brain’s cortical surface from structural MRI data, and overlay of functional MRI data onto the reconstructed surface.
This is a software tool that can visualize and analyze fiber track data from diffusion MR imaging (DTI/DSI/HARDI/Q-Ball) tractography.
