HomER is a data analysis program initiated by the Optics Division at the Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) that allows for basic signal processing, linear modeling and image reconstruction of near-infrared spectroscopy data of brain function. This software package is being further developed in a collaborative effort between the groups at MGH and the University of Pittsburgh. Additional developers are encouraged to contribute.

This program is distributed free of charge.  Please see the download page for details.
