sm_analyis.txt - wrapper script used to perform MNE analysis of MEG data.
sm_figure_new.txt - generates SVG figures from MEG data (stc files)
sm_timecourse.txt - generates SVG figures from MRI data (w files)

Matlab

sm_average.txt - computes a vertexwise mean across time from several stc files
sm_ttest.txt - performs t-test analysis using MEG data (stc files)
