A series of time models for common MRI fitting tasks
jip-fit performs simple fitting tasks in a way that it integrated into jip-display. One sets up a control file that specifies the time model in a way very similar to the other time models (SRTM, GLM, REM, …). In this case, the time models can specify something like fitting of diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) data, exponential decay appropriate for fits of T2, T2*, or ADC, or inversion-recovery time series for fitting of T1.
